Coach Kylie

Developmental Program Compulsory Team Coach

Hi, I’m Kylie! I’ve lived in the Atascocita area all my life and competed in gymnastics from Level 3 through Level 7. After high school, I began coaching team gymnastics and later expanded into acro and dance. In 2025, I earned a 1st Place National Championship title for a solo dance routine—a moment I’m incredibly proud of!

Outside the gym, I love spending time with family, friends, and my kitty, Keko. I’m so excited to be back coaching and can’t wait to help our team girls grow, shine, and succeed!

Coach Sarah

Xcel Program Team Coach

Sarah grew up in the Kingwood area and competed in both USAG and high school gymnastics programs. Bringing over 15 years of coaching experience to the Spark Team and a passion to teach technically sound gymnastics, Sarah also believes that coaching gymnastics is about more than teaching skills, it is about developing the whole child. Parenting her own 5 kids has taught Sarah to recognize that each child has their own individual strengths and struggles, which helps her to customize workouts for each athlete. Above all, Sarah recognizes that youth sports should be fun and works hard to make sure that every athlete has a positive experience. You can spot her in the gym rocking her fun socks. Outside the gym, you can find Sarah studying psychology, creating ceramics, or working in her garden.
