SCHOOL AGE BOYS

Boys Gymnastics & Tumbling

Our boys program builds strength, agility, and confidence through gymnastics and tumbling. Beginner boys learn the fundamentals of gymnastics—like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bar basics—while developing coordination and body control. Intermediate and advanced tumbling classes challenge boys with flips, handsprings, and powerful tumbling passes, helping them progress their skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Homeschool Gymnastics

Tumbling

Blaze Conditioning Training

Enhance your gymnastics skills with our Strength, Conditioning and Stretch class! This program is designed to complement your weekly gymnastics training by improving core strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Through a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, agility drills, and injury prevention techniques, gymnasts will develop the power, control, and stamina needed to excel in their sport. Our experienced coaches focus on proper form, safe progression, and fun, engaging workouts tailored to each athlete's level.
