This program is designed to complement your weekly gymnastics training by improving core strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Through a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, agility drills, and injury prevention techniques, gymnasts will develop the power, control, and stamina needed to excel in their sport. Our experienced coaches focus on proper form, safe progression, and fun, engaging workouts tailored to each athlete's level. Homeschool Gymnastics
Homeschool (3-18yrs)
Spark Gymnastics Academy’s Homeschool Program offers a dynamic and engaging way for homeschooled children to develop their physical fitness, coordination, and confidence—all in a supportive, fun-filled environment. This program is designed to be a perfect complement to your homeschool routine, offering kids a chance to stay active, build skills, and gain confidence through movement.
TUMBLING
Tumble Sparks (6+)
Beginners
Our tumbling class is for boys and girls ages 6 and up interested in focusing on floor tumbling. Some of the skills this class focuses on are: Handstands, roll variations, bridges, back and front walkovers, cartwheels, aerials and round off back handsprings.
Tumble Stars (6+)
Intermediate/Advanced
Our Intermediate/Advanced tumbling class is for students ages 6 and up who have mastered intermediate tumbling skills and ready to progress to advanced sequences and tumbling. Testing is required for this class. Participants will spend the full hour on floor practicing drills, skills and conditioning.
